Freedom, as I define it, is being fully present in my body and in the moment. It is being alive in a way that embraces spontaneity of spirit and the ability to confidently follow my intuition. Freedom allows me to leave behind the burden of judgment and propels me into curiosity. Opening into this spacious, fascinating landscape is fueled by the continual invitation to explore life more deeply every day.

I am passionate about my work, not only because it has been the avenue though which I’ve personally cultivated and continue to cultivate an intentional, creative and meaningful life, but because I am in utter appreciation and awe of the individuals who walk through the door willing to do their own work.

After a decade of seeing clients exclusively for body/energy work, IFS became a natural and necessary next step. Completing the formal training and opening my practice for IFS, I am dedicated to supporting clients as they discover, uncover, connect with, and forge their own healing path.

I have been married for 13 years and continue to learn and grow in my relationship. I love spending time back packing, in creative pursuits and crafts, reading and theatre. My furry pets are beloved and constantly remind me to keep moving and connecting with all of life.
